T-Shirt Orders: Our current processing time is 2 to 3 days. Everything we sell is handmade to order. Once you place an order, your items will be worked on in the order they came in the queue. How long it takes to make them depends on how many orders are ahead of you. Once your item is ready to ship you will receive an email that it is processing and ready to ship. You should then get a tracking number by email. If you do not, please email Wendy at [email protected]
At the current time we offer a flat rate of $3.00 for shipping on any size order. We do not make any money on shipping costs. To keep the shipping at $3.00 we have to ship the cheapest method, which is typically Media Mail. Media Mail tends to take longer to deliver, approximately 7 days for delivery, depending on the USPS back log. Once we drop off your package we have no control over their shipping times and it is then in the hands of USPS.

Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back to us in the brand new condition in which you receive within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or Clearance items
The original cost of the item is refundable if returned in brand new condition. The original shipping cost is not refundable.
We accept cancellations if your order has not shipped yet. But please email Wendy at [email protected] with any issues you may be having before shipment.
If your order arrives damaged from shipment, email Wendy at [email protected]. Please send photos of the damage in case we have to put in a claim with the post office.
