LOTS Of Coupons from VocalPoint

I was reminded by Money Saving Mom today about how Vocalpoint sends out all kinds of coupons and I wanted to share my stash from the last week with you. I believe you can sign up for your spouse even if they live in the same house because I get Vocalpoints duplicated each week.

With the $2.00 coupons for shampoo I could wait until they go on sale and get them for free. I can also use the $1.00 coupons for Del Monte fruit along with the Buy 1 Get 1 Free coupons to get two jars of fruit when they go on sale.

If you haven’t signed up for your free @Vocalpoint account you are missing out on a lot of free samples and/or coupons each month. Vocalpoint is a very popular Word of Mouth Marketing company. I have been a member for about 2 years now.

Each month they send out either one or two packets that include samples or coupons. I just got mine for the month yesterday and it had a bottle opener (it was actually made out of the same material as a mousepad so I am using it for that) and 6 discount coupons for Del Monte SunFresh and Orchard Select fruit in jars. One coupon was a B1G1Free coupon and the rest were $1.00 discount coupons.

You are considered a volunteer product tester and Vocalpoint is working on behalf of big brands to help them promote new products. By getting the products in your hands they hope you will like what you receive, test it out, and then share your opinion with your family, friends, on your blog or on the Vocalpoint.com website. However, NONE of that is required and I actually do not participate very much. However, they still continue to send out the free samples and coupons to me and I continue to use them and often give the extras away.

Vocalpoint is definitely not a scam and well worth it. The reason companies like this exist is to help promote other companies and their products. Word of mouth marketing is a very powerful thing and many large brands have figured out that mom’s have a greater influence over what is purchased today. They are hoping that if you try a product and really like it they are hoping you will share that knowledge with your family and friends. That is why they call it “Word of Mouth” Marketing. It is very cheap for them to send you a free coupon – more cheaper than if they paid for a TV spot or put an ad in a magazine.

And, if you are a blogger they hope you will write about what you just tried to let your readers and others on the web know what you think. If you aren’t a blogger you can share your opinions on their message board on the Vocalpoint website.
